Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Hilton Clements, 17, of Dover. Clements was last seen in the 200 Block of North Kirkwood Street on Friday, September 26th. At the time, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for his safety. Clements is described as a black male, 5’08”, 120 pounds.
